Kol Ami is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors that oversees the congregation’s vision, policies, and operations. Up to 16 elected members serve two-year terms, working together to support our vibrant community.
Kol Ami’s Board of Directors works in close partnership with clergy and staff to guide the life of our congregation. Board members serve as leaders and liaisons across key areas – ritual and worship, education, social events, social action, communications, membership, and governance.
From this group, a dedicated Executive Committee is formed, including the President, First & Second Vice Presidents, Treasurer, Secretary, and Past President. Together, they help shape Kol Ami’s long-term vision and priorities.
Ex-officio members – such as the Cantorial Soloist, Director of Education, and youth leadership – add valuable perspectives to the Board’s work.
Our constitution and bylaws ensure thoughtful, transparent governance as we grow and evolve as a community.
